Job Requirements

  • High school diploma and one year of experience providing administrative support event coordination and client communication or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to learn and engage with new and familiar information sources
  • Ability to follow instructions and perform administrative tasks efficiently
  • Ability to communicate clearly via phone video and other audio systems
  • Ability to coordinate people resources and stakeholder needs to achieve goals
  • Ability to plan events including venues catering and agendas
  • Ability to use computer systems for document creation editing and digital communication
  • Ability to maintain organized files and records for easy retrieval
  • Ability to solve complex problems and select effective solutions
  • Ability to plan cost-effective compliant travel arrangements
  • Ability to prepare clear audience-appropriate written communications
  • Comfort working in a hybrid workplace with both on-site and remote colleagues

Job Duties

  • Coordinate travel for EdReady Montana and Frontier Learning Lab including itinerary development booking arrangements receipt collection and compliance with university travel policies
  • Prepare and track memorandums of understanding with school districts ensure compliance with MTDA data privacy standards address related inquiries assist with EdReady service agreements and support basic accounts receivable tasks
  • Assist with planning and coordinating meetings conferences and events by managing logistics communications and attendee support
  • Create social media content and marketing materials track engagement participate in marketing strategy discussions and support development of the MTDA marketing plan
  • Manage user accounts provide first-line technical support maintain data security standards and assist with system testing and updates
  • Support administrative processes co-facilitate MTDA Governing Board meetings draft communications update professional development materials and serve as backup for related program functions
  • Monitor and respond to Help Desk tickets and other inquiries escalating or referring issues as needed
