Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum three years of progressively responsible administrative or strategic support experience
  • Preferred bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business administration, management, or related field
  • Preferred three years of organizational program or project coordination/support experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in data collection and reporting
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to support performance improvement initiatives

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business administration, management, or related field preferred
  • Minimum three years of progressively responsible administrative or strategic support experience
  • Preferred three years of organizational program or project coordination/support experience utilizing program/project management and development procedures

Job Duties

  • Supports the planning and execution of department programs and initiatives
  • Maintains relevant schedules and agendas including tracking deadlines, deliverables, and communication with management and stakeholders
  • Interfaces with other departments, staff, leaders, and partners in program administration and provides coordination of logistics or information
  • Organizes and coordinates development of events, meetings, and materials for programs
  • Promotes collaborative relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders and supports communication, education, training, onboarding, and mentorship efforts
  • Creates reports for management to evaluate program performance and assists with documenting and tracking program/project compliance
  • Provides feedback to management and makes recommendations regarding program/project operations and procedures
  • Supports the planning and execution of performance improvement projects
  • Supports data collection, analysis, and reporting to track quality metrics and monitors program activities
  • Participates in policy review and coordinates policy updates across departments
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to promote best practices, process improvements, and organizational goals
