Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum three years of progressively responsible administrative or strategic support experience
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business administration, management, or related field
- Preferred three years of organizational program or project coordination/support experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in data collection and reporting
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to support performance improvement initiatives
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business administration, management, or related field preferred
- Minimum three years of progressively responsible administrative or strategic support experience
- Preferred three years of organizational program or project coordination/support experience utilizing program/project management and development procedures
Job Duties
- Supports the planning and execution of department programs and initiatives
- Maintains relevant schedules and agendas including tracking deadlines, deliverables, and communication with management and stakeholders
- Interfaces with other departments, staff, leaders, and partners in program administration and provides coordination of logistics or information
- Organizes and coordinates development of events, meetings, and materials for programs
- Promotes collaborative relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders and supports communication, education, training, onboarding, and mentorship efforts
- Creates reports for management to evaluate program performance and assists with documenting and tracking program/project compliance
- Provides feedback to management and makes recommendations regarding program/project operations and procedures
- Supports the planning and execution of performance improvement projects
- Supports data collection, analysis, and reporting to track quality metrics and monitors program activities
- Participates in policy review and coordinates policy updates across departments
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to promote best practices, process improvements, and organizational goals
