Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Comfort and familiarity with Jewish traditions, holidays, and culture
- Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and implement programs including Shabbat dinners, Jewish holidays, wellness activities, and leadership development events
- Work closely with students, staff, and community partners to ensure programs run smoothly from concept to execution including logistics, setup, registration, and follow-up
- Support and mentor student leaders in developing and leading programs
- Collaborate with the Director to develop and execute an annual engagement and programming strategy
- Manage special events such as guest speakers, social gatherings, and collaborative programs
- Oversee recruitment for Birthright Israel and other travel opportunities
- Build personal relationships with students to foster connection to Jewish life on campus
