Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Comfort and familiarity with Jewish traditions, holidays, and culture
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Plan, coordinate, and implement programs including Shabbat dinners, Jewish holidays, wellness activities, and leadership development events
  • Work closely with students, staff, and community partners to ensure programs run smoothly from concept to execution including logistics, setup, registration, and follow-up
  • Support and mentor student leaders in developing and leading programs
  • Collaborate with the Director to develop and execute an annual engagement and programming strategy
  • Manage special events such as guest speakers, social gatherings, and collaborative programs
  • Oversee recruitment for Birthright Israel and other travel opportunities
  • Build personal relationships with students to foster connection to Jewish life on campus
