Job Requirements

  • bachelors degree from accredited institution
  • 2 or more years of work experience in administrative support program support logistics management or events planning
  • passing pre-employment criminal background screen is required as a condition of employment

Job Duties

  • support the executive director and program manager in managing day-to-day operations of 10,000 Small Businesses including coordinating internal and external communications maintaining expense and data trackers serving as administrative liaison
  • coordinate curriculum and event logistics including reserving rooms handling catering orders assembling curriculum materials monitoring attendance recording scholar evaluations
  • support recruitment efforts by tracking and qualifying potential applications tracking data in the CRM collaborating with outreach director with application and interview process providing support at outreach events
  • coordinate administrative functions including processing purchase requests managing scholar registration coordinating staff travel and parking permits documenting administrative procedures
  • coordinate with participating scholars to collect and provide relevant accurate and timely information related to schedules events and data management
