Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in education, public administration, health sciences, or a related field
  • minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination, academic support, or institutional effectiveness
  • strong attention to detail
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • skilled in coordinating workshops, trainings, and meetings
  • comfortable using microsoft office suite, sharepoint, and cloud-based collaboration platforms
  • ability to collect, organize, and summarize data for reporting purposes

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in education, public administration, health sciences, or a related field
  • minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination, academic support, or institutional effectiveness
  • experience in higher education, particularly in assessment, accreditation, or academic program support
  • familiarity with regional accreditation standards and institutional effectiveness practices
  • exposure to learning outcomes assessment or program evaluation processes
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • strong attention to detail
  • skilled in coordinating workshops, trainings, and meetings
  • comfortable using microsoft office suite, sharepoint, and cloud-based collaboration platforms
  • ability to collect, organize, and summarize data for reporting purposes

Job Duties

  • assist with preparing and organizing materials for program reviews, accreditation submissions, and assessment reports
  • maintain documentation systems for learning outcomes, rubrics, and evaluation results
  • support faculty and staff in completing assessment templates and compliance forms
  • schedule and manage logistics for workshops, trainings, and external review sessions
  • coordinate room reservations, materials preparation, and participant communications
  • provide on-site or virtual support during events, including setup and troubleshooting
  • maintain department calendars, shared folders, and email communications
  • draft routine communications, reminders, and updates for stakeholders
  • update department web content and ensure accessibility of posted materials
  • use microsoft office, sharepoint, and collaboration platforms to manage workflows
  • support the use of survey tools and data dashboards for assessment tracking
  • troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate as needed
