Job Duties

  • Plan and manage all supplies for on and off-campus programs
  • coordinate work service with external partners and vendors to support program staff, faculty, and students
  • collaborate with the Executive Director to propose activities and events for the Center’s Master’s program, order and compile materials for selected activities, and set up on event days
  • research and select new swag items with Executive Director and budget managers
  • communicate and facilitate program needs within the Teachers College community
  • proofread outgoing communications including reports and newsletters
  • coordinate and schedule faculty and advisory board meetings
  • manage special projects and research as directed by the Executive Director
  • support new EdD program inquiries and communications
  • provide Canvas learning management system support
  • secure spaces on and off-site for class meetings and events
  • attend industry conferences
  • manage project tasks including event planning and liaising with collaborators
  • solicit and approve bids for events
  • design marketing documents and arrange travel and accommodations
  • prepare collaterals for marketing events
  • develop and lead team meeting agendas
  • provide classroom support for faculty
  • review incoming correspondence
  • serve as Canvas system liaison
  • order supplies and coordinate payment processing
  • act as principal contact for Center’s office management and Department
  • design and manage supply inventory systems
  • coordinate external guests visits
  • manage office equipment and key replacements
  • support survey data collection and feedback preparation
  • track and document gifts and grant payments
  • generate donor letters
  • perform other assigned tasks
