- Less than 10 percent travel required to support training, AR, and events as needed
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related discipline
- Proficient use of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective listening and interpersonal skills
- Persuasive and analytical abilities
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Job Duties
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for both virtual and in-person training sessions and corporate events including scheduling, venue coordination, catering, technical setup
- Provide customer service support by communicating training information to associates and answering associate questions
- Assist in creating and updating training materials such as communications, handouts, PowerPoints, eLearning, and evaluations
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to source resources and coordinate events
- Serve as virtual producer and technical support for virtual meetings including monitoring breakout rooms, controlling polling, and troubleshooting
- Collect post-event feedback and metrics to improve training and event delivery
- Maintain training records and content in the Learning Management System
