Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related discipline
  • Proficient use of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective listening and interpersonal skills
  • Persuasive and analytical abilities
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Job Duties

  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics for both virtual and in-person training sessions and corporate events including scheduling, venue coordination, catering, technical setup
  • Provide customer service support by communicating training information to associates and answering associate questions
  • Assist in creating and updating training materials such as communications, handouts, PowerPoints, eLearning, and evaluations
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to source resources and coordinate events
  • Serve as virtual producer and technical support for virtual meetings including monitoring breakout rooms, controlling polling, and troubleshooting
  • Collect post-event feedback and metrics to improve training and event delivery
  • Maintain training records and content in the Learning Management System
