Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related discipline
  • Proficient use of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective interpersonal, persuasive, and analytical skills
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to use good judgment regarding confidentiality
  • Self-directed and motivated
  • Less than 10% travel required

Job Duties

  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics for virtual and in-person training sessions and corporate events
  • Provide customer service support by communicating training information to associates and answering inquiries
  • Assist in creating and updating materials such as communications, handouts, PowerPoints, eLearning, and evaluations
  • Collaborate with departments and external partners to find resources and manage vendors
  • Serve as virtual producer and provide technical support for virtual meetings
  • Collect feedback and metrics post-event for continuous improvement
  • Maintain training records in the Learning Management System
  • Recommend new approaches to improve efficiency
  • Communicate and champion departmental programs and company-wide initiatives
  • Serve as backup to all training functions as needed
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
