Job Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in a related field supplemented by three years of related experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- Knowledge of education and curriculum design principles
- Ability to understand and implement elements of community-based programming
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Organization and planning skills

Job Duties
- Plan, implement, and oversee youth and community-based athletic programs, leagues, and special events across all three regions of the Park District
- Ensure high-quality programming that promotes skill development, sportsmanship, safety, and positive youth engagement
- Collaborate with supervisors, instructors, grant funding partners, and site staff to deliver structured, inclusive, and well-organized athletic experiences
- Travel across all three regions to support programming, staff, and site operations
- Oversee site logistics including scheduling, equipment distribution, and facility setup
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and coordinate vendor or partner relationships
- Work evenings and weekends as required to support league play, tournaments, and special events
