Job Requirements

  • Doctorate in a health-related field
  • Experience in implementation science-focused research with peer-reviewed publications
  • Experience securing funding for implementation science research
  • Experience supervising and mentoring junior faculty or trainees
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in interdisciplinary research teams
  • Commitment to advancing health equity through implementation science

Job Qualifications

  • Doctorate in a health-related field such as nursing, medicine, public health, or health-related behavioral or social sciences
  • Experience in recording implementation science-focused scholarship in peer-reviewed publications, appropriate for ranking
  • Experience in funding for implementation science-focused research via participation in recent grants and/or contracts, appropriate to rank
  • Experience supervising and mentoring junior faculty, postdoctoral trainees, and/or doctoral students

Job Duties

  • Lead, collaborate on, or participate in KCIS research, training, and service activities appropriate to rank
  • Maintain an ongoing program of research and training, with external funding, appropriate to rank and expertise
  • Direct or contribute to graduate courses and curriculum development
  • Participate in the intellectual life of the Department and School of Medicine, via faculty committees and activities
  • Provide other services to the school, university, profession, and community, as appropriate
