Job Requirements
- Degree in hospitality, events management, or related field
- M.A. or M.B.A. required
- Ph.D. preferred
- Demonstrated teaching effectiveness
- Professional experience in hospitality or events management
- Ability to maintain the security and integrity of university infrastructure
- Successful background check
- Valid driver’s license and Motor Vehicle Record verification as applicable
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

- Possess a degree in hospitality, events management, or a related field
- Hold an M.A. or M.B.A. degree required
- Ph.D. preferred
- Demonstrate teaching effectiveness
- Show professional experience in hospitality or events management
- Maintain the ability to secure university infrastructure
Job Duties
- Oversee the Hospitality and Events Management program including curriculum development
- Coordinate student internships and practical training opportunities
- Collaborate with community and industry partners to enhance program offerings
- Ensure compliance with university policies regarding security and infrastructure integrity
- Support students through advising and mentoring
- Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to program assessment and improvement plans
- Engage in professional development to maintain currency in hospitality and events management practices
