Job Qualifications
- medical degree or equivalent
- demonstrated experience in benign hematology
- proven track record in clinical or basic science research
- strong writing and communication skills
- evidence of scholarly activity and scientific accomplishments
- ability to mentor and lead junior staff
- familiarity with funding mechanisms for cancer-related research
Job Duties
- diagnose and treat non-malignant hematologic disorders
- engage in clinical and/or basic science research
- participate in scholarly activity and academic publication
- mentor young faculty, fellows, and trainees
- lead and develop non-malignant hematology programs
- secure research funding and grants
- collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
