Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture or related experience
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D Modeling Programs, and Microsoft Applications
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must reside within commuting distance of Baltimore HQ office
- Ability to work 4 days per week in-office and 1 day from home
- Must be able to travel within 50 miles of office for local store installations and prototype reviews
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines

- Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture or related experience
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience
- Proficient use of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D Modeling Programs (Sketch-up, etc.), and Microsoft Applications
- Organized with ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and takes initiative
- Team player with strong collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop collaborative relationships
- Ability to understand and review technical drawings and details
- Ability to read construction documents
- Knowledge and interest in design trends including retail, graphic design, in-store experiences, athletics, and fashion
- Strong time management, prioritization, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and navigate ambiguity
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance design with operational needs and budget objectives resulting in exceptional store environments
- Experience with prototyping workflows, mock-ups, or lab testing environments is a plus
- Experience in retail stores is a plus
- Great attention to detail ensuring accuracy and brand alignment
Job Duties
- Collaborate on translating store designs within various formats, with a focus on loose fixture placements
- Contribute to completing concept renderings, AutoCAD drawings, schematic drawings
- Co-create store design and store concept presentations
- Assist in creating 2D/3D files and lead the management of these files
- Support store design project workflows and meet project deadlines provided by Store Design Lead and Manager
- Oversee and maintain the Materials/Finishes library, source and replenish material samples
- Coordinate communication and documentation of test results, pilot learnings, and rollout recommendations from a design perspective
- Work in tandem with Store Development Professional on administrative and operational design tasks
- Establish and maintain structured systems for file management and version control
- Perform other duties as assigned
