Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical, Biological, Environmental Sciences or Information Technology or related field
- minimum 3 years of experience in an Environmental Science Laboratory with knowledge of EPA testing methodologies
- 3 years experience writing SQL queries preferably with Oracle database
- experience in report development using Telerik, Actuate, or Crystal reports
- experience working with application interfaces such as HL7 and APIs
- availability for 25-50% travel
- ability to lift and carry 15-44 lbs
- ability to work independently managing multiple projects
- strong communication and analytical skills
- ability to follow customer health and safety requirements at client sites
- must attend onboarding in one of the company’s US offices
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in the Chemical, Biological, or Environmental Sciences or Information Technology, or related degree
- 3+ years of experience in an Environmental Science Laboratory, knowledge of related standards and EPA testing methodologies
- 3 years of experience writing SQL queries with Oracle DB knowledge preferred
- 3 years of experience with report development using tools such as Telerik, Actuate, or Crystal
- 3 years of experience working with application interfaces including HL7 and API
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to all levels of the organization
- ability to develop and improve workflow processes and procedures, and drive client process improvements
- ability to work independently and effectively manage projects and priorities from start to finish
Job Duties
- Consult pre-sale and post-sale with key stakeholders to ensure project scope aligns with contracted customer expectations
- conduct implementations and upgrades demonstrating a thorough knowledge and understanding of department procedures and guidelines
- guide the client in their decision-making to achieve maximum efficiency using Clinisys best practice recommendations
- conduct training for the client as part of the overall implementation or upgrade process
- provide input to process improvements by monitoring both client and departmental feedback
- travel to client sites to install Clinisys software products following department procedures and guidelines
- maintain a high level of commitment to superior customer satisfaction throughout the entire duration of the customer relationship
- resolve project issues or determine when escalation to senior staff or management is required
- collaborate with and mentor other Professional Services Consultants to expand their own and others' depth and breadth of Clinisys product knowledge
- effectively organize and prioritize project tasks to ensure the timely completion of projects assigned
- complete other projects as assigned
