Job Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma, GED, or ability to complete GED within 6 months
- Advanced computer and technology skills
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
- Must be able to interact with diverse individuals professionally
- Great attention to detail and vigilance required
- Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment
- Willingness to participate in pre-employment screening including drug screen and background check
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Completion of CPR certification
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Advanced computer and technology skills including knowledge of Microsoft programs
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills preferred
- Ability to interact professionally with a wide range of individuals
- Strong attention to detail and vigilance throughout shifts
- CPR certification (required, can be completed through company)
Job Duties
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation
- Secure entrances and exits
- Conduct lengthy foot patrols inside and outside the client’s premises in various weather conditions
- Frequent interactions with client employees and guests
- Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity
- Protect evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations
- Set up barriers or signage and provide direction or information to others
- Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site
