Job Duties
- clean homes thoroughly from top to bottom including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens
- use company-provided cleaning supplies and equipment to maintain quality standards
- ensure client satisfaction by leaving homes looking great and reporting any issues
- maintain vehicles and equipment provided by the company in good condition
- adhere to company policies and safety guidelines
- participate in team meetings and monthly staff appreciation events
- support a positive work environment by demonstrating a strong team spirit and reliability
