Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Be able to pass a background check
- Have a great attitude, be a team player, and take pride in your work
- A willingness to learn
- Be able to be on your feet all day with light lifting (less than 15 pounds)
- Driver’s license preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday
- Strong attention to detail and pride in work
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
- Willingness to learn and follow procedures
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Job Duties
- Perform detailed housecleaning using the Detail-Clean Rotation System
- Follow scheduled cleaning routes Monday through Friday
- Provide consistent, quality cleaning services to customers
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
- Participate in training programs and apply learned techniques
- Maintain professionalism and positive attitude
- Lift and carry light cleaning equipment and supplies
