Job Requirements
- Available to work full-time, Monday through Friday starting at 8 am
- Own a working vehicle with valid driver’s license and insurance
- Ability to lift, bend, and kneel as needed during routine duties
- Willingness to learn and follow company processes
- Comfortable working in a high-energy environment
- Enjoy working around pets
- Possess a smartphone to utilize company applications
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in recruitment or human resources preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Smartphone proficiency for use of company applications
Job Duties
- Recruit and interview potential candidates
- Screen applications and assess qualifications
- Coordinate hiring processes and assist new employees onboarding
- Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records
- Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs
- Promote company culture and values to prospective employees
- Organize and participate in recruitment events
