Job Requirements

  • Available to work full-time, Monday through Friday starting at 8 am
  • Own a working vehicle with valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Ability to lift, bend, and kneel as needed during routine duties
  • Willingness to learn and follow company processes
  • Comfortable working in a high-energy environment
  • Enjoy working around pets
  • Possess a smartphone to utilize company applications

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in recruitment or human resources preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Smartphone proficiency for use of company applications

Job Duties

  • Recruit and interview potential candidates
  • Screen applications and assess qualifications
  • Coordinate hiring processes and assist new employees onboarding
  • Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records
  • Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs
  • Promote company culture and values to prospective employees
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events
