Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- be 18 years of age or older
- be able to pass a background check
- have a positive attitude and be a team player
- willingness to learn new cleaning techniques
- able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 pounds
- have a valid driver’s license and insured vehicle

Job Duties
- clean homes thoroughly following the Detail-Clean Rotation System
- work cooperatively with a cleaning partner to complete assignments
- travel to different homes each day to perform cleaning services
- lift and move light objects weighing less than 15 pounds
- maintain a high standard of cleanliness to ensure customer satisfaction
- adhere to company policies and safety guidelines
- participate in training programs and continue professional development
