Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in residential cleaning is advantageous
- ability to work independently without daily supervision
- strong attention to detail
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- physically able to bend, kneel, twist, and lift up to 20 pounds
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Clean residential homes and apartments including bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and common areas
- dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize using company-provided supplies and equipment
- follow checklists and quality standards
- provide friendly and professional service
- travel to client homes within the East Valley area according to schedule
- maintain reliable and punctual attendance
- report any maintenance or supply issues promptly
