Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- Available to work Monday through Friday during daytime hours 8am to 5pm
Job Qualifications

- Ability to learn and follow cleaning procedures
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Physical capability to perform housekeeping tasks
- Valid driver’s license for team lead position
- Basic maintenance skills for cleaning equipment (for team leads)
Job Duties
- Cleaning customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely (for team leads)
- Maintain equipment (for team leads)
- Ensure the car is loaded with appropriate housekeeping supplies (for team leads)
- Follow a proven cleaning process to delight every customer
- Support teamwork and cooperate with fellow employees
