Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm
Job Qualifications
- No prior experience required
- Ability to learn and follow a proven cleaning process
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks including mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company car (for team leads)
- Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
Job Duties
- Cleaning customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Follow the proven cleaning process to ensure customer satisfaction and earn tips
- For team leads, manage the team’s schedule and drive safely
- Maintain equipment and ensure the company car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies
