Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm
- Hold a valid driver's license and be able to drive a company car for team lead positions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to learn and follow company cleaning procedures
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in customer service is a plus but not required
- Leadership experience for team lead positions
- Physical stamina for housekeeping duties
- Valid driver’s license for team lead roles
Job Duties
- Cleaning customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Manage the team's schedule and drive safely (for team leads)
- Maintain equipment and supplies
- Ensure the company car is loaded with appropriate housekeeping supplies
- Delight customers with quality cleaning
- Follow proven cleaning process to ensure customer satisfaction
