Job Requirements
- Be a professional house cleaner
- Experience cleaning residential homes and/or commercial offices
- 1-2 years of experience preferred
- Flexible availability during the week and/or weekends
- Must bring all necessary cleaning equipment and supplies
- Must arrive on time to appointments
- Must take before and after photos of completed work
- Access to email and phone communication
- Ability to complete check-in within Flamingo mobile app after appointments
Job Qualifications
- Be a professional house cleaner
- Have experience cleaning residential homes and/or commercial offices
- Possess 1-2 years of house cleaning experience preferred
- Demonstrate ability to manage cleaning equipment and supplies independently
- Have basic digital literacy including the ability to use email, phone communication, and mobile applications
- Strong commitment to punctuality and professionalism
Job Duties
- Provide professional house cleaning services to residential and commercial clients
- Bring and use all necessary cleaning equipment and supplies for each appointment including vacuum, mop, towels, cleaning sprays, and dusters
- Arrive on time for each scheduled appointment
- Take before and after photos of each cleaning job to document work quality
- Use the Flamingo mobile app to complete check-in and communicate after each appointment
- Maintain flexible availability including weekdays and weekends
- Offer feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience
