Job Requirements
- must be able to do physical work and lift 25lbs
- able to work from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday
- no weekends
- no prior experience needed as training is provided
- open to applicants from residential and commercial cleaning, hospitality, general labor, retail, restaurant workers, cna, etc
Job Qualifications
- no previous cleaning experience needed
- ability to work physically and lift 25 pounds
- willingness to follow certified cleaning processes
- good communication and team collaboration skills
- punctuality and reliability
- prior experience in hospitality, retail, or related fields is a plus but not required
- positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Duties
- work cooperatively with other team members to provide a timely and efficient service
- improve quality of life for clients by recognizing and responding to their priorities
- look after client homes including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and other areas
- follow Merry Maids certified processes to create welcoming spaces and happy clients
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- build positive relationships with clients through trustworthy service
