Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Available to work Monday through Friday from 7:45 am to 5:00 pm
- Must have a personal vehicle
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must have current vehicle insurance
- Successfully complete a nationwide background check
Job Qualifications
- No prior house cleaning experience required
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday from 7:45 am to 5:00 pm
- Must be able to lift, bend, and kneel during cleaning duties
- Strong attention to detail and pride in work quality
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to pass a nationwide background check
- Bi-lingual language skills preferred
Job Duties
- Perform routine house cleaning tasks alongside a teammate
- Apply exceptional cleaning techniques acquired through paid training
- Provide excellent customer service ensuring client satisfaction
- Use company-provided supplies and equipment efficiently
- Maintain consistency and attention to detail in all cleaning assignments
- Adhere to scheduled work hours and attendance policies
- Demonstrate teamwork and support among colleagues
