Job Requirements
- reliable and detail-oriented
- ability to start at 7:30 am and work until jobs are complete (no later than 5 pm)
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- must be at least 21 years old
- complete a background check
- physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is a plus but not required
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work well independently and collaboratively
- excellent customer service skills
- valid driver's license for team lead positions
Job Duties
- clean residential homes following the Molly Maid company standards
- work as part of a team to ensure quality and efficiency
- provide excellent customer service
- manage the team's schedule and drive safely (for team leads)
- maintain equipment and ensure the car is loaded with necessary supplies (for team leads)
