Job Duties
- Perform general house cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces
- Use company-provided cleaning equipment and supplies effectively and safely
- Maintain customer satisfaction by adhering to company cleaning protocols and quality standards
- Manage time efficiently to complete all cleaning assignments within scheduled hours
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members about job progress and any issues
- Participate in paid training programs to develop cleaning skills and knowledge
- Demonstrate professionalism and reliability to be eligible for advancement to inspector or trainer positions
