Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- complete a background check
- physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- availability to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 4pm
- ability to communicate with clients (bilingual preferred)
- valid driver’s license (preferred for certain positions)

Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- follow proprietary cleaning processes to ensure customer satisfaction
- manage team schedule and drive safely (for team leads)
- maintain cleaning equipment and ensure vehicle is loaded with supplies (for team leads)
- provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business
- adhere to company safety and quality protocols
