Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and perform housekeeping tasks
- Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm
- Ability to communicate with clients, bilingual preferred
- Valid driver's license for driving company vehicle to earn more
- Ability to work in a team and with different types of people
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior experience required as training is provided
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning processes and procedures
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Valid driver's license for team lead positions
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and equipment
- Willingness to work full-time during weekdays
- Bilingual preferred
Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Manage the team's schedule and drive safely
- Maintain equipment and ensure the car is stocked with appropriate supplies
- Deliver consistent and quality housekeeping services that delight customers
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
