Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- successful completion of background check
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning in elevated areas
- availability to work Monday through Friday from 7 am to 4 pm
- preferably bilingual and able to communicate with clients
Job Qualifications
- No prior cleaning experience required
- ability to complete training on Molly Maid cleaning processes
- good communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- attention to detail
- reliability and professionalism
- valid driver’s license for those applying as team leaders
- bilingual preferred
Job Duties
- Clean client homes with Molly Maid quality following established processes
- communicate with clients and team members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- ensure customer satisfaction to encourage repeat service
- for team leaders, manage team schedules and drive company vehicles safely
- prepare necessary cleaning supplies and ensure the company vehicle is stocked
- maintain attention to detail and uphold high cleaning standards
- support team collaboration and contribute to a positive work environment
