Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- complete a background check
- physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- availability to work Monday through Friday during the day from 7 am to 4 pm
- bilingual preferred but must be able to communicate with clients
Job Qualifications

- willingness to learn cleaning techniques and processes
- ability to work in a team environment

- ability to perform physical work
- valid driver's license (for team leads)
Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- follow the established cleaning process to ensure customer satisfaction
- manage the team’s schedule and drive safely (for team leads)
- maintain equipment and ensure the company vehicle is stocked with necessary housekeeping supplies (for team leads)
