Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- Available to work Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm
- Bilingual preferred
- Able to communicate with clients effectively
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record (for team leads)

- Ability to follow established cleaning processes
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work weekdays, 8am to 4pm

- Ability to interact positively with customers and team members
- Valid driver’s license (for team lead positions)
Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Manage the team's schedule and drive safely (team lead only)
- Maintain equipment and ensure the company car is stocked with supplies (team lead only)
- Follow the proven cleaning process to ensure customer satisfaction
- Earn tips by delivering exceptional service
- Work effectively within a team environment
