Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- Availability to work Monday through Friday during daytime hours, 7am to 4pm
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
- Reliable transportation if driving company car is required
Job Qualifications
- No prior experience required
- Willingness to undergo training
- Ability to follow cleaning processes and procedures
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Valid driver's license preferred for team lead positions
- Bilingual skills preferred
- Professional and friendly demeanor
Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Manage the team's schedule and drive safely (team lead only)
- Maintain equipment and ensure the car is loaded with housekeeping supplies (team lead only)
- Follow the proven cleaning process to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work collaboratively as part of a team
- Provide exceptional customer service enhancing client relationships
