Job Requirements

legally authorized to work in the United States
complete a background check
physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, and clean various heights in homes
availability to work Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
preferably bilingual

Job Duties

clean the homes of clients following the Molly Maid quality and process
communicate with clients and team members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
follow the cleaning schedule and use the provided cleaning supplies
for team leads - manage team schedules and drive the company vehicle safely
ensure the company vehicle is stocked with necessary supplies for each cleaning job
maintain a high standard of attention to detail and customer satisfaction
