Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- Available to work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm
- Valid Florida Driver's License
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior cleaning experience required
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm
- Valid Florida Driver's License for team leads
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work physically demanding tasks
- Dependability and commitment to job quality

Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Follow established cleaning processes and safety guidelines
- Earn tips by delivering excellent service
- For team leads: manage the team's schedule and drive safely
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ensure the company vehicle is stocked and clean
