Job Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the United States
Complete a background check
Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
Available Monday through Friday during the day, 7am to 4pm
Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients
Valid driver’s license for those interested in team lead position
Ability to safely drive company vehicle (team lead)

Job Duties

Clean customers homes according to Molly Maid standards
Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
Manage the teams schedule and drive safely (team lead only)
Maintain equipment and ensure car is loaded with supplies (team lead only)
Follow cleaning processes to delight customers
