Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- Available Monday through Friday during the day, 7am to 4pm
- Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients
- Valid driver’s license for those interested in team lead position
- Ability to safely drive company vehicle (team lead)

- Ability to work in a team of two

- Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks

Job Duties
- Clean customers homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Manage the teams schedule and drive safely (team lead only)
- Maintain equipment and ensure car is loaded with supplies (team lead only)
- Follow cleaning processes to delight customers
