Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- complete a background check
- physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- available to work Monday through Friday during day shifts from 7am to 4pm
- must be able to communicate effectively with clients
- valid driver’s license required for those applying to drive a company car
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- no prior house cleaning experience required
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills
- ability to work well in a team
- valid driver's license preferred for team lead roles
- bilingual preferred
Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- follow cleaning processes to ensure customer satisfaction
- maintain all cleaning equipment and supplies if assigned as team lead
- manage team’s schedule and drive safely as team lead
