Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm
- Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients
- Valid driver’s license if applying for team lead position

- Ability to learn and follow proven cleaning processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Leadership skills for team lead positions
- Physically capable of performing cleaning tasks
- Valid driver’s license for those interested in driving company vehicles
Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Follow established cleaning processes and procedures
- Drive company vehicle as a team lead and manage the team’s schedule
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure supplies are well stocked
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction
- Adhere to safety standards while performing housekeeping duties
