Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- Availability to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7am to 4pm
- Bilingual preferred
- No prior experience required
- Must be able to communicate with clients

- Ability to follow structured cleaning processes

Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Follow established cleaning processes and procedures
- Accept tips from satisfied customers
- Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely if serving as team lead
- Maintain and ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly stocked
- Support team members in providing high-quality customer service
