Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm
- Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients
- Valid driver’s license required for team leads
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior experience required as training is provided
- Ability to follow instructions and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Manage the team's schedule and drive safely (for team leads)
- Maintain equipment and ensure cleanliness supplies are stocked (for team leads)
- Follow the proven cleaning process to ensure customer satisfaction
- Arrive on time and complete assigned appointments efficiently
- Uphold company policies and represent the brand professionally
