Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of experience as a CNA or former CNA/HHA
  • Strong communication and mentoring skills
  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance
  • Ability to work independently
  • Physically able to assist clients and meet job demands
  • Must be able to pass a thorough background check
  • Must be at least 19 years of age

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a CNA (CNA license preferred but not required)
  • At least 3 years of caregiving or leadership experience
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Familiarity with in-home care practices and scheduling
  • Ability to work independently
  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance
  • Physically able to assist clients and meet job demands
  • Must be able to pass a thorough background check
  • Must be at least 19 years of age

Job Duties

  • Provide 20-35 hours/week of in-home care to clients
  • Serve as a role model and point of contact for field staff
  • Collaborate with the office team to support operations (up to 10 office hours/week)
  • Participate in on-call rotation and help cover open shifts as needed
  • Maintain compliance with all company training and care standards
  • Attend team meetings and communicate caregiver training plans
