Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of experience as a CNA or former CNA/HHA
- Strong communication and mentoring skills
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance
- Ability to work independently
- Physically able to assist clients and meet job demands
- Must be able to pass a thorough background check
- Must be at least 19 years of age
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a CNA (CNA license preferred but not required)
- At least 3 years of caregiving or leadership experience
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Familiarity with in-home care practices and scheduling
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance
- Physically able to assist clients and meet job demands
- Must be able to pass a thorough background check
- Must be at least 19 years of age
Job Duties
- Provide 20-35 hours/week of in-home care to clients
- Serve as a role model and point of contact for field staff
- Collaborate with the office team to support operations (up to 10 office hours/week)
- Participate in on-call rotation and help cover open shifts as needed
- Maintain compliance with all company training and care standards
- Attend team meetings and communicate caregiver training plans
