Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Count cash and make change for customers
- prepare teas, iced coffee, and other beverages before service
- bake Danish pastries
- make sandwiches and salads
- set up fruit cups for service
- organize products for service
- provide customer service to patrons in the Den
- take inventory at the end of each day
- report needs to the Chef
- clean and organize the Den at closing including syrups, refrigerator, and milk rotation
- flush espresso machine bi-weekly with lab tech
- restock cups, lids, napkins, cup sleeves, coffees for next business day
- organize North Hall storage area and keep inventory
