  • Strong organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software (e.g., Webcargo, Cargowise)
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and manage the importation of air freight shipments from origin to destination
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant customs regulations and documentation requirements
  • Communicate with airlines, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth import operations
  • Prepare and review import documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists
  • Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Provide exceptional customer service by keeping clients informed of shipment status and addressing any concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of import transactions and update internal systems as needed
