Job Requirements
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, clean at different heights, and perform tasks according to house cleaning standards
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Preferably bilingual and able to communicate with clients
- Valid driver’s license required for team leaders

- Ability to work full time from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Ability to communicate effectively, preferably bilingual
- Physical capacity to perform cleaning tasks including mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning processes
- Valid driver's license preferred for team leaders
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player attitude
Job Duties
- Clean clients homes following the Molly Maid quality process
- Communicate with clients and team members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- For team leaders, manage the team schedule and drive the company vehicle safely
- Ensure all necessary cleaning supplies are prepared and available for each job
- Delight customers using the established cleaning system
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
- Follow safety and cleanliness protocols
