Job Requirements
- be legally authorized to work in the United States
- complete a background check
- have the physical capacity to mop, vacuum, dust, reach different heights, and clean according to instructions
- availability to work monday through friday from 7am to 4pm
- preferably bilingual and able to communicate with clients
Job Qualifications
- no prior cleaning experience required
- ability to learn and follow a systematic cleaning process
- friendly and professional communication skills
- physical capability to perform strenuous cleaning tasks
- ability to work in a team environment
- valid driver’s license for team leader positions
- bilingual communication skills preferred
Job Duties
- clean the homes of clients with the quality of Molly Maid
- communicate with clients and others in a friendly, positive and professional manner
- follow the established cleaning process to ensure customer satisfaction
- accept tips from customers as appreciation for excellent service
- manage team schedules and drive safely if serving as team leader
- prepare all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment before jobs
- maintain a consistent and structured cleaning routine
