Job Requirements
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- complete a background check
- possess the physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, clean high areas, and follow cleaning instructions
- available to work Monday through Friday from 7 am to 4 pm
- preferably bilingual and able to communicate with clients
- possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive company vehicles (for team leader roles)
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- no prior experience required, training will be provided
- ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients
- ability to work well within a team
- physically able to perform cleaning duties including vacuuming, dusting, and reaching different height areas
- preferably bilingual in English and Spanish
Job Duties
- Clean clients' homes with the quality standards of Molly Maid
- communicate with clients and team members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- follow the company's proven cleaning process to delight customers
- collect tips from satisfied clients
- for team leaders, manage the team schedule and drive the company vehicle safely
- ensure the company vehicle is stocked with the necessary cleaning products for each job
- promote teamwork and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues
