Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, and clean areas at various heights
- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm
- Preferably bilingual and capable of client communication
- Valid driver’s license if applying for team leader position
- Ability to drive company vehicle safely if applicable
Job Qualifications

- Attention to detail and high-quality work standards
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including mopping, vacuuming, and dusting

Job Duties
- Clean customer homes with the quality of Molly Maid - follow our process and delight each client
- Communicate with clients and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- For team leaders driving company vehicles - manage team schedules and drive safely
- Ensure the company vehicle is stocked with appropriate cleaning supplies for each job
- Adhere to safety and quality standards in all cleaning tasks
- Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business
- Maintain professionalism and teamwork at all times
