Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- pass a background check
- physically capable of performing cleaning tasks including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning various heights
- availability to work Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM
- preferably bilingual and able to communicate with clients
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to learn and follow detailed cleaning procedures
- good interpersonal and communication skills
- experience working in a team environment is an advantage
- ability to handle physical cleaning tasks
- valid driver’s license for team lead roles
- bilingual Spanish-English preferred
Job Duties
- Clean clients’ homes following Molly Maid’s quality standards and processes
- communicate with clients and team members politely, positively, and professionally
- ensure client satisfaction through attention to detail
- manage team schedules and drive safely (for team lead positions)
- prepare vehicles with necessary cleaning supplies for each job (for team lead positions)
- maintain a positive and productive team environment
- provide exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business
