Job Requirements
- legally authorized to work in the united states
- complete a background check
- physical capability to mop, vacuum, dust, clean various heights and complete cleaning tasks per house requirements
- availability to work monday through friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- bilingual communication skills preferred
Job Qualifications
- no prior cleaning experience required
- ability to follow detailed instructions and company processes
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work well within a team
- valid driver’s license preferred for team leader role
- basic physical fitness to perform cleaning duties
- bilingual abilities are preferred
Job Duties
- clean client homes following the company's proven cleaning process to ensure high customer satisfaction
- communicate with clients and team members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- follow all safety protocols and use cleaning products appropriately
- if acting as a team leader, manage the team schedule and drive the company vehicle safely
- prepare the vehicle with all necessary supplies for each cleaning appointment
- maintain the cleanliness and organization of all work areas
- report any issues or client feedback to management
